Purpose
This is a personal-use application that creates private, local mailbox-triage snapshots for William and a small number of people who knowingly participate. It is not offered as a public email service.
Google user data accessed
The application requests the Gmail metadata scope. It may access message identifiers, labels, dates, and standard headers such as From, To, Cc, Subject, and Message-ID.
It does not request or read message bodies or attachment contents. It does not send, delete, move, label, or otherwise modify mail.
Use and sharing
Metadata is used only to produce the private local triage view requested by the participating user. Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, shared with data brokers, or used to train a public model.
No analytics, advertising pixels, forms, or behavioral tracking are present on this information site.
Storage and retention
Processing and storage occur on the user's local Windows computer. OAuth tokens are stored in Windows Credential Manager. The OAuth client configuration is held in a private, excluded local path.
Local snapshots remain until the user deletes them or uses the application's local cleanup controls. No mailbox data is stored by this website.
User control and deletion
A user may revoke the application's Google access at any time from their Google Account security settings. They may also delete the application's local snapshots and credentials from their own computer. Revocation stops future access; local deletion removes the corresponding local copy.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
